This article is totally worth reading. The military has changed so much since I was a kid. In a lot of ways , much worse. Some ways a lot better. I could go on and on about the failures and how we have become almost no better than the people we fight but this does a lot better job than I can. Don't get me wrong here, I am very proud of my country and the fact that I did serve, but I must admit I am becoming a little disillusioned with the whole thing. Anyway, read this if you want.
