I think this is an absolutely fantastic idea! Being afraid of the police in this country is a very real problem. This doesn't fix that problem but is sure does help. I once had a misdemeanor warrant(failure to appear when I was sued) and when I went to the police station to pay the fine-bail I was treated like crap. It took over twelve hours for them to process me and I was standing there with cash in hand. All in a holding cell. This is what people like me need. Somebody on our side when we try to do the right thing.
